Return & Refund Policy

At City Pet Supply, we want you (and your pet) to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within [14 or 30 days] of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Perishable goods (such as pet food and treats), grooming products, or personalized items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective or damaged on arrival.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [ business days].

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).


3. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us first to check availability.

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item in acceptable condition.

To initiate a return:
